you can (temporarily) make free calls. There is no need to register.
In the right-down section of the page you simply enter your phone number and the number of the person to be called. You will pretty soon (10sec) recieve a call on the given number. Your partner will also be called in the same way. The call is free since a third party accually gives you a -free- call instead of you being calling.
You can even give numbers of other people and they will be connected shortly afterwards.
You will remain totally anonyme. It works great! I tested it. Try with and without Belgian +32 prefix.This page may be dropped down soon due to criminal abuse,so... CALL NOW!!
Voip can be used as a cheap alternative for international calling. Membership costs 6€ a month. You can even make free calls to South American countries. Check out the list first. Free calls to fixed lines in Belgium, so talk till you run out of words, Leni.
PS Of course you need speakers & microphone or headset to be able to call from a pc.
